A Note from Brett to Kick Off 2026 🤍

As we wrap up an absolutely stellar 2025, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on just how incredible this year has been for all of us at Align. This year, our alignment with each other, with our values, and with the consumers we serve has truly shone through.

We set new benchmarks and hit new milestones throughout the way. We closed over $640 million in production, finished number one at eXp Realty nationwide in unit count, and we did it all with a ton of integrity and commitment to our core values. You as agents are the heartbeat of this organization and we’re grateful to support you through your journey.

Now, looking ahead to 2026, we’re setting our sights on $1,000,000,000 in sales. But numbers aside, it’s about every single one of us rolling up our sleeves to uplift anyone who might have had a tougher year. We’re going to focus on the best training and learning processes, making sure no one is left behind. I want us all living our best lives, with ease and flow, and above all, with joy. That’s my word of the year for 2026: joy. It’s something I learned deeply back in 2015 when working one on one with Matthew Ferry, and it’s time we all embrace it.
