Lock In the BBA Before You Show
We're seeing a real uptick in transactions moving forward without a signed Buyer Broker Agreement, don't let yours be one of them. Get the BBA signed before the first showing, not after. It protects your time, your commission, and keeps you compliant. No BBA, no keys.
