Here are the four tracks:
1. Time Blocking & Nervous System Regulation β Tara Stone Ongoing inner-work to match Align's already-strong external systems β the idea being that great tools won't outperform an agent whose "nervous system" isn't in alignment. Delivered as quick videos with action-oriented worksheets, tied into her weekly Thursday huddles.
2. Zillow Preferred Onboarding β Omar Subhi A clean, step-by-step walkthrough built by Omar for anyone new to the org or new to Zillow Preferred β lays out exactly what to do to get set up and ready to start taking leads.
3. Sales Fundamental Training β Jeff Bonk Jeff's own sales concepts and ideas, produced with the help of an AI video generator.
4. AI Roleplay Coach β Omar Subhi Agents log in with Fellow credentials and roleplay real sales situations (especially ones they've struggled with) against AI, no pressure involved.
