This week we hosted something truly special: the first ever Align Ladies Top Producer Luncheon.
This wasn’t just about business, it was about reflection, community, and empowerment. We celebrated who we are, the impact we’ve made, and the power of women supporting women.
From different places and backgrounds, we came together and left not just as colleagues, but as new friends and allies. Collaboration over competition. Confidence, stability, and belief in one another. The kind of energy that ensures our 2026 goals are not only possible, but inevitable.

Back in Red Bank, NJ, we teamed up with The Real Estate Leaders to host a Summer Send-Off Happy Hour. Agents from all brokerages came together to close out the season with meaningful conversations, fresh collaborations, and a toast to what’s ahead.
